چکیده
Genome-scale metabolic models (GEMs) are widely used to predict phenotypes with the aid of constraint-based modeling. In order improve predictive power these models, there have been many efforts on imposing biological constraints, among which proteome constraints particular interest. Here we describe concept and review proteome-constrained GEMs, as well their advantages applications. addition, discuss a key issue in field, i.e., low coverage enzyme-specific turnover rates, subsequently provide few solutions solve it. We end discussion trade-off between model complexity capability.

Mathematical modeling of polyamine metabolism in mammals.
Polyamines are considered as essential compounds in living cells, since they are involved in cell proliferation, transcription, and translation processes. Furthermore, polyamine homeostasis is necessary to cell survival, and its deregulation is involved in relevant processes, such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Great efforts have been made to elucidate the nature of polyamine homeos...
متن کاملMathematical Modeling of Plant Metabolism―From Reconstruction to Prediction
Due to their sessile lifestyle, plants are exposed to a large set of environmental cues. In order to cope with changes in environmental conditions a multitude of complex strategies to regulate metabolism has evolved. The complexity is mainly attributed to interlaced regulatory circuits between genes, proteins and metabolites and a high degree of cellular compartmentalization. The genetic model ...
متن کاملModeling of Heat Losses Within Combustion Chamber of Diesel Engines
The cylinder working fluid mean temperature, rate of heat fluxes to combustion chamber and temperature distribution on combustion chamber surface will be calculated in this research. By simulating thermodynamic cycle of engine, temperature distribution of combustion chamber will be calculated by the Crank-Nicolson method. An implicit finite difference method was used in this code. Special treat...
متن کاملMathematical Modeling of the Temperature-Dependent Growth of Living Systems
In this investigation a non-equilibrium thermodynamic model of the temperature dependent biological growth of a living systems has been analyzed. The results are derived on the basis of Gompertzian growth equation. In this model, we have considered the temperature dependent growth rate and development parameter. The non-equilibrium thermodynamic model is also considered for exploring the variat...
متن کاملMathematical modeling of dynamics behavior of terrorism and control
Terrorism is generally understood to be the use of threat or extra normal violence to gain ideological reasons and personal benefit. In this paper, a mathematical modelling of terrorism with military strategies and rehabilitation of terrorists was constructed. The model is developed to control the spread of terrorist ideologies in the society and suitable to describe terrorist group. The popula...
